Consumers seem happier with their computer products than ever before. But Apple is the ultimate consumer satisfaction. Based on the American Consumer Satisfaction Index (American Customer Satisfaction Index / ACSI) Personal computer users have an average satisfaction score of 78 from 100 in the period 12 months ago.
This amount is up 3 points from the previous survey. This figure represents the highest nominal compared to years ago.In the category of computers, Apple scored the highest with the productive value of 86 points. This amount is increased by two points, and the highest than ever before.

In the last quarter, the company managed to sell 3.5 million Mac computers rose 33% compared to the previous. ACSI survey also found that users were more satisfied than iPad Mac computer owners who are also Apple products.
